Well I asked for mostly carnations purple, pink and white and that didnt happen 2 red roses on top nothing about red carnations. They asked if they could include a few other flowers so I said yes add them as long a s its what I had already asked for. Main thing was mostly carnations an 2 red roses. Well I got 2 red roses a couple carnations and mostly other flowers. Bottom line is it did what I wanted it to by making my mom cry cause it was beautiful but not exactly what I asked for

peggy does an amazing job. her flowers are exactly what you ask for and they live forever! I have never heard anyone be rude to anyone in the shop wether on the phone or in person. I have dealt with them for over 10 years and they are simply amazing. They made my daughters wedding absolutely magical. Only florist I will use in this area.

This has to have been the worst experience I have ever had with any business. They have the worst customer service. I called about an incorrect delivery of flowers that my boyfriend sent to me for my birthday and the two women, one named Sherry, screamed at me over the phone, refused to make it right and abruptly hung up on me. I had my boyfriend dispute the credit card charge because the order was incorrect, they delivered to the wrong location in my office building and consequently the flowers were stepped on and damaged and a few days later they were shriveled up and dead. This was over a $70 order. I would never recommend this florist.

My Nana's Funeral

I called the Flowersmiths on Thursday 11/19/2009, the day after my Nana passed, I live in Duson, Louisiana and because of a health issue I was unable to make it to the funeral. I asked them to make me a White Cross for my Nana since she was the religious head of our family. My special request to this company was to put a ribbon in the middle of the cross and have the grandchildens ribbon 1 color (there were 2 of us), the great grandchildrens a different color (3 of them), and the great great grandchildrens another color (2 of them), they accomadated everything I asked of them, the ribbon is something that we do down here in Louisiana, and I thought it was a gracious thing they did with what I asked them on the phone. My sister-in-law that friday evening of the wake took pictures of the cross, and it was so beautiful. My father (Nana's son) told me that it was the best arrangement at the funeral. I could not have done this without the flowersmiths and will use them again and I recommend them to EVERYONE, no hesitations. Thank you so much. Sandra Downing LeBlanc, Duson, LA

Great Service!

I ordered flowers on June 10th and they were delivered as promised the same day. I left the flower arrangement up to the woman at Flowersmiths and my friend said they were beautiful! Thanks for a great job and fast service!
