Would NEVER get oil here - the person that answered the phone wouldn't give me any information unless I gave him my name, address, etc. --- just wanted the price of oil. He ended up hanging up on me ... not the way to drum up business in a tight economy my friend.

This company does not value its customers or treat them with respect. On more than one occasion, I have been spoken to in a rude and curt manner by office personnel-- I've even had the secretary hang up the phone in my ear!! If you dispute a charge on your bill after a service call, do not expect to be given the opportunity to discuss your concern. Yeaton Oil is right and you are wrong---- they will talk right over you when you attempt to discuss your bill. Be Careful!!! Do not assume that they will discuss the details and review the cost of a repair (to get your OK) before doing the repair------ this is not always the case. I would also recommend that you watch the technicians as they work. You may need to remind them to shut off the vacuum cleaner when they are not vacuuming (during an annual furnace cleaning) since you're the one paying the electric bill--- plus it won't hurt to be a visible presence and actually witness what the technician is doing. On a positive note, the men who have come to fill the oil tank have always been polite and pleasant. I have been a customer of Yeaton Oil for over 30 years and have always paid my bills to them in a timely manner. I have just switched to a different company because I know there are companies out there that will value my business and also treat me nicely. I would NEVER recommend Yeaton Oil Company to anyone------- you can do better!!!!
