I couldn't be more disappointed with this place. If you want to go somewhere that cares more about the money then about your pet, this is absolutely the place to go. You can not get prescriptions, or prescription dog foods from anywhere but them. They will not release your heart worm test to order medication elsewhere nor will they release the allergy tests you paid for to get you dog food elsewhere. If you don't want to be 100% reliant on your vet DONT go here. Don't bother asking questions because they answers you get are not the same answers you'll get the next time you go. Completely disorganized.

Dr Fine has been my vet for over 10 years. I would not dream of going anywhere else. He saved my Hope when all others wanted to put her down. I had an additional 3 wonderful years with her. He's like a present day Dr Doolittle. My dogs love him. You may wait in the waiting room on occasion for 30 minutes or more though when that is happening it is normally because emergencies came up. Who doesn't want to get in and out but ask yourself if your pet was in crisis would you not want help. If i am there for shots and it's get me in and out or save someone's adored pet i say let me wait. It's not an office with multiple doctors, just one. I highly recommend him!

To fix and shots for two kittens they said twice would cost between $700 - $800. Everything went good without a problem. Time to pick up pets the, bill is now $1,026. Could not come up with a reason for why the price was so different from what they told me it would cost(twice). Explained to them I only have $1,001 in bank. Was told they would keep my animals and I could not pick them up unless pain in full. So they told me wrong price and now they are willing to keep my kittens over the $25 I don't have. No fears, I was able to get the $25 and get my kittens out of there. In situations like this if you cant pay they will keep charging you for overnight, then send your animals to a kill shelter, and still charge you in collections. Not all Vets are like this and this practice is common out there which is a shame.

Don't bother a waste of time they book you for appts and don't keep them they leave you waiting for about 30 mins then once your in the room another 15 MINS before he sees you last time I will ever come here
