What a total mismanaged company! Complete lack of organization or dependability. Employees are mostly dumb as a box of rocks and know very little how to help customers clean their homes. Mopping floors with COLD water....to mopping around area rugs etc. etc. Traing seems to be totally lacking. I'm guessing competition will dictate the future of this poor excuse of a company for elderly health / home care. Owners need to take a course or two in business management and elect to pay higher wages to attract better employeee base.
