Read the other review by Dee and felt her one star rating was inappropriate for this great repair shop. You never want to assume anything about cost of repairs/diagnosis. Always ask and communicate well and there will be less surprises. I've had my four cars serviced by these folks for years and have always had good, professional service performed by Wynn and his mechanics. They diagnose even tough problems well, make repairs for a fair (not cheap) price. I never have to come back to have a repair "re done". Nice clean and organized shop area. These guys are professionals and I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service. I was treated very fair, they repaired my car fast with no problems. Everyone I encountered were very professional and courteous. I liked that they sell NAPA parts and they come with a "Piece of Mind" warranty

Traveling on vaction I ran into car trouble outside of Pocatello, I needed to stay on schedule and didn't want to mess with a shop that wouldn't treat me fair. Accu-Tech was first on a google search, when I arrived I was impressed with the fast, friendly service I received immediately. The technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to explain the problem I was having throughly with me. They didn't waste time getting me back on the road with a very fair price and with excellent results. Very professional and courteous, its nice to know there are shops out there that want to fix the problem right..

My engine light came on so I went to Accu-Tech to see what they could do. I was told that they would run the codes for me and call me with a quote to fix it. There was no mention of a $75 fee for this small task. I was quoted upwards to $400 dollars for the issue (lean running engine). I thought the price was too high and when I returned to pick up my vehicle they insisted that I pay the $75. This fee was never discussed upfront. I couldn't get a straight answer out of the owner, nor is it posted in their office anywhere. I have no problem paying for service but I was under the impression they would run my codes for free or cheaply like other places do and then give me a quote. Serious fail.
