I have had them for years and it's been a joke working with them anymore they used to be good now they suck I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. 496

They need to upgrade their equipment and plans. Digis bought them out a while ago and has done nothing to improve service quality or speed.

They advertise it as "high speed" well maybe it was 5 years ago. You'll get about 1Mbps of throughput if you are lucky and this does not meed the definition of broadband that has been set by the FTC. It's better than a modem I guess, but the new satelite services seem like they might be a better option - just be aware of the bandwidth caps

The internet service has limited options that can't compete with the speed of it's competition and the customer service is pathetic at best. I've had the internet go out more than once, and it's nearly impossible to get a hold of them. When I was finally able to tell them that the internet was down, (2 weeks) my price for the month wasn't prorated and it took an additional 4 days for them to come fix the issue (which took a whopping 5 minutes to fix).



I would never, under any circumstance recommend Big Dog. Period.

The very worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dish installation has caused loss of signal 2 times in 5 months. Now the want to charge to realign dish. The saying of "do it right the first time" I don't think is Big Dog's aim or goal. I see 1 review on the positive, you would think the management would be concerned. The public should be. They will nbot even return my phone calls for service.

this is the worst internet on the planet i would rather go back to dial up........this is the best case of over promise under achieve!

go get cable 200 percent faster we are locked into a 2 yr contract with crapy internet

switched from qwest on the dreams and promises of big dog.........dont! Slowest internet on the planet. Towers are always going down and I seem to be on the phone with them more than I am on the internet.

I GOT MY SATILLATE FROM THEM AND ABOUT A WEEK AFTER IT WENT DOWN. THEY TOLD ME TO BAD AND TO CALL DISHNETWORK TO FIX THE PROBLEM IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET IT FIXED. IT TURN OUT TO BE A BAD FITTING ON A CABLE AND I HAD TO PAY TO GET IT FIXEDI DON'T RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE
