I took my 2007 Dodge Stratus to Brian's to have my thermostat changed because another shop told me that was the problem. I priced Brian's earlier on the phone and Brian wasn't the lowest price but I was impressed by their professionalism on the phone and they were close to the lowest so I took it to them. Brian greeted me and asked my why I wanted my thermstat change I told him what the other shop said. He went out to the car with me and checked under the hood. He immediately saw the problem and pointed it out to me while explaining why it happened and that there was an updated part for the repair. It turned out to be water valve that had split instead of the thermostat. He wrote a new estimate for me and I had him fix it. It took care of my problem and saved me money. Brian it truley a pro. I recomend him and his shop highly.

Brian’s has done it again. I have been taking my cars there for years and they always are accurate with their diagnostics and fair with their pricing. My daughter took her car to another shop while away at college and they gave her a repair estimate that basically changed every part on her steering linkage. I told her to wait until she came home so I could have Brian’s guys look at it. When they called I couldn’t believe it. Brian told me it would be $125 to repair including the alignment. Wow, I told Brian what the other shops estimate was and he told me to bring it down and we would go over it. Long story short Brian took me in to the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with the car. He pointed out what the other shop said was wrong and showed me how it was tested and why I only needed 1 tie rod end and an alignment. He was right. The car drives great and doesn’t pull or wear tires anymore. Brian’s always saves me money and gets the job right.

Have taken several cars in over the years and finally quit because almost every time we had to go back because the repair was not done correctly.

I have done business with many auto repair, and tire shops in my life. Brian's is one of the best. I want to let you all know how professional and honest Brian is. He always finds a way to make my visits as pleasant as possible. If it is a front end overhaul on my work truck or a set of tires for my wifes car, Brian will get me the best value for my dollar. I have never had a mechanical issue Brian couldn't solve. Thanks for the great service. I highly recomend Brian and his great crew.
