Kevin came to portneuf and fixed our networking error he worked well with our team and they understood everything he explained to them. a few or our employees also had their computers repaired by him. great service and excellent customer service. he will be used again and again!

Beware! The ONLY reason I gave this business one star is because there is no option to give a lower rating. He agreed to fix my 3 x-boxes and 2 laptops in exchange for a 3rd laptop. We did get one x-box back, but it has been 4 months and he refuses to give anything back. We have asked to have the items returned without being repaired, and he can still keep the one laptop, but he refused. He will steal your things and stop answering his phone. We have reported this to the BBB and the Bannock County police department and initiated a small claims suit. Do not trust this man!!!

Mr. Dailey will steal your items and evade your phone calls. He is not licensed and is the most dishonest "businessman" I have ever met.

Where do I start... I have never dealt with someone like Kevin. I never will again.
