I personally have never worked directly with the realtors here and I would hope that they are wonderful people to work with. But I would never in my life rent another home from their property management company. I don't not know how that girl that manages the properties has a job. You can never get ahold of her. We signed on a lease and had three weeks until we were to move in. The house was still filthy. The only thing that has been done was the carpets were cleaned and the lawn was mowed. Mind you we gave them three weeks to ready the property before our arrival from Texas. Nothing was done. I did it all my self clogged black toilets, a washer was left full of water and rugs. Then I was told they would reimburse me $90 the cleaning i did never saw anything. Then the basement bedroom flooded it's been well over two weeks and no repairs has been done. The whole house smells of mold and mildew. My kids have asthma and have had to be put on more meds since this room flooded. You cannot even stand to be down stairs. Then to top it off we have been trying to get a copy of our rental agreement so that we could register our kids and put the utilities in our name. We got an email from said property manager stating that she was having our water shut off due to the fact that I hadn't put that utility in my name. I had to email her on multiple occasions telling her that 1 it's against the law, tenant rights. and 2 how am I supposed to put said water in my name when I cannot get a copy of my signed leases. Yes all pages were signed and dated by us. We'll today we had no water. I had to go into their office recording with my phone to demand a copy of the lease. I also did a 3 day demand that the repairs be fixed "properly" after thirty days I finally got a copy of my lease 30 days after we signed we also signed a 30 day notice so we can leave And we will see if I get my deposit back. Hey but I will say that if you really want to find some amazing people to work with go to Homeland reality. Those Bixbys are amazing people. They took amazing care of us and I cannot wait to move. We are buying a house with them and honestly I could be more excited. Call Julie or Tracie Bixby if you want quality service!!

treated very poorly, did not get answers to any questions, lady stood at door and tried getting us out as fast as possible, told us we had the place then after paid application fee told us we could not rent due to unattended driving, and then called back and replied "you cannot afford $850 a month". We are currently approved for $995 through another company off of the same wages and will never work through brokerage and will never refer to any friends or family.
