I husband and I were excited to work with Five Start and thought we had found the perfect place. After paying the application fee I had to keep calling them to get someone to answer my question about being approved or not. We were approved but held off on the deposit until we were certain we could move. After we paid the deposit we ended up not being able to move. Danielle said normally she doesn't tell people she will work with them to get their deposit back but she would for us.

I checked on the website to make sure the property was listed again and I saw the move in date for mid January. Keep in mind that this place has been empty for at least 60 days now, why make people wait until January to move in? The deposit that we put down, to the tune of $900 is going to keep someone from moving in and they had no intention of giving us our deposit back.

They were awful at just answering calls and returning them and then they lied to us. If they had no intention of giving us our deposit back, then just tell us. DON'T LIE TO ME! The worst company to deal with and I would recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have been a subcontractor for five star for three years now. When a project come up either Dennis, Kevin,or Trevor get in contact me and line out whatever needs to be done, and when the job is done they always pay in a timely manner. If i need a place to rent i would choose five star because they have exceptional properties that are well taken care of and the office personal are always kind and friendly.
