My wife has been seen in this office for the past four years under the misconception that this was the only place in town that counld help, our fault. She has never been seen within an hour of arriving at the office for her scheduled appointment. This office is not a Blue Cross prefered provider as that does not afford them the freedom to levy the outrageous fees they charge. They want their money at the time of your visit but when insurance pays and they ouwe you money you have to call and ask for it through their billing agency which is not actually part of their office. Then this billing office only has an accountant in twice a week so you still will not get your money right away like they expect theirs.
