I had an appointment for 9am to have two recalls completed. According to the recall sheets, each should only take about 30 minutes, for a total of one hour. If work needed to be done, it could take longer (understandable). I dropped off my truck the night before. They did not call until 4pm to tell me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, they told me I would have to bring it back when they got the part for one of the recalls. They open at 7am, so what did they do with my truck for 7 hours for one hours worth of work, and then didn't even do one of the recalls.

i took my truck in to get the radio looked at because it stopped working. i set up an appointment for the next day at 8:00am. i dropped my truck off at 8 sharp, i called that evening at around 5:00 and my truck hadn't even been pulled into the garage!!! my radio did get fixed in the end. it just took them 9 hrs. to tell me i needed a new radio.
