I bought a young cockatiel from this store. The people that worked in the store had no idea hild old the baby was.
I got her on a Saturday, and by Sunday she was having a runny nose. I took her to my Avian vet. She was malnourished, underweight and had a vitamin deficiency. They only feed a seed diet to the birds. Which is terrible for them. They need to have veggies and a pellet or nutriberry diet. I am so sad for my poor little girl. But glad I got her away from these people who don't even know the basics of bird care.
