I have very mixed feelings with Odell's now. After purchasing a couch from them and making sure at least twice we weren't being sold a floor model, they sent us a floor model.... The other workers there even asked him before we left if they had one there or if they needed to call the warehouse to send one. Upon receiving our "couch" there were several dings and cut marks. After several phone calls, I was told I was sold an "as is" couch, even though there was no indication on the sales tag and we checked at least twice making sure it would be new. I was furious!!! Turns out the salesman didn't even bother to write on the invoice they were going to sell us a floor model until AFTER we left. Our copy of the invoice was blank... Seems like they were trying to pull one over on us. Long story short, we now have a new couch with a different color base (the wife wasn't happy). The way it was handled was OK at best; the manager wasn't very amiable and portrayed how annoyed she was towards us.
