I've made this location and Titus Kener my main provider with my insurance company. For the last few years, I've gone to this location and have been seen by Titus, his diagnosis for my visit has been spot on every time! I will continue to here as long as Titus is on their staff!

Great people. Good service. Don't be in a hurry, though. Not gonna happen.

I went here because I was very ill. Before getting services I confirmed with the front desk woman if they take my insurance. I was told with confidence that they do accept my insurance. She took my insurance card and had me pay only my co-pay. Then later I receive a bill for $200.00 because my insurance is not covered. Why did she lie to me? I would have left if I would have been told they do not accept my insurance. I then called to express my concern of the woman lying to me and they were not helpful. I believe Physicians Immediate Care is fraudulent and lie to customers just to get them in so they can bill them extra after the appointment. I would not recommend anyone to this place. Based on the review 8/13/2012 this place has not changed. Do not go here.

I went here for the first and ...

I went here for the first and last time in July to get an x-ray. The service was very, very prompt and the staff was friendly, but everything else was poor. The x-ray technician took two x-rays before I realized that my protective covering was on backwards, exposing my entire front to the x-ray machine. Then she actually laughed and expressed indifference when I pointed this out to her. This person was a trained x-ray technician (she told me so herself), but what good is this training if she can't even cover up the client appropriately? Also, I tried to pay my bill upfront, and handed the person at the front desk my insurance card. She calculated that all I would owe was the co-pay, which I paid, but a week later I got a bill for another $40 dollars in the mail. The only service I got was the x-ray and then I those were read, but why couldn't the bill be calculated upfront? It'd not like they used untold numbers of bandages to stanch bleeding and could only calculate the actual number well after the fact. I don't know whether the person I spoke to couldn't calculate the bill or whether they bill willy nilly, but either way, the billing is either incompetent or fraudulent. I would not go there again and would not recommend to a friend.
