Fast, smart, and polite is how I describe these folks. Within two hours of my call late today on Friday, two fellas were out to look at our garage door. They fixed one problem and scheduled the more difficult one for Monday morning. The lead repairman, Ken, described in detail what they were doing and why.

I have a business in Pocatello and have used Quality Overhead Doors for several remodel jobs. They came after hours with a door that needed to be fixed. Did not even charge us and came within a hour after I called him. We call him Mr. Wizard.

A few years ago my 14 year old teenager had a great idea to teach herself how to drive a stick shift. My garage door paid the price for her inexperience. I called the folks at Quality Overhead Doors and the same day I had a door that was repaired temporarily and usable tell the new custom door could be built. These guys are the very best and the product that they sell is second to none. My door comes with a life time warranty and the reason Raynor can do that is because the quality is first rate. The installation is every bit as important as the product itself. Thats were Quality Overhead shines. As the large sticker on the door says " For Emergencies call us (208) 233-3608" Tanner and his staff are there for you. Anyone can sell you a door but few can service and maintain them. I have had several garage door problems over the years, and have always called Overhead Door in Pocatello. Why? Because their service is AWESOME, they use top quality parts and products and their prices are very reasonable. Quality Overhead Doors in Pocatello Idaho has been to my home on two occasions working on my garage doors. Tanner Christensen (the owner) personally helped my wife and I with our various needs. We found him and his company to be very courteous, trustworthy, and professional. Quality Doors replaced one garage door opener for us, and instructed us on how to fix the other one ourselves at a much lower cost. We had just contacted another garage company months prior to have our door repaired and not only did it take several months before someone came to LOOK at it, after a month later they attempted fixing it. The door broke soon later and we contacted this company. They were here less than a week later, and they did an incredible job. We anticipated paying quite a bit more because of the quality of work that was done, but not only did we pay less, they gave us an added officer discount. We will never go with another company EVER again!

I had a door spring break on my garage on a Thursday evening. Called them at 8:00 Friday morning and it was repaired before noon that day. The service tech was very knowledgable, courteous and helpful. This was all done at a very reasonable price.
