Though it is a tired property and in much need of a sprucing up, the counter staff was very responsive and friendly. We had our dog with us who needed medication and they went into the fridge and brought us some cream cheese packets so we could give her the pills. Very kind. I would give the desk staff a 5 but gave it a 3 because it is straight out of the 80's.

I recently had dinner for my bachelorette party there with 8 of my friends. While we were expected (we had called over a week in advance), the service provided to us was terrible. There were only 4 other people in the restaurant the entire time we were there, and we still got treated like they would rather us be somewhere else. The waitress snapped every time she came to the table that we weren't paying attention to her fast enough, not even giving us a chance to finish the sentences we were in to each other. She also made a rude comment about some of us ordering water at the bar. You'd think she would appreciate a few Designated Drivers, but apparently they don't. She should have been happy with the fact that everyone there ordered food, but apparently not. Towards the end, she announced that it would be "easier for her" if we all came and paid our bills at the counter, when bu this time we were the only customers there, and it isn't hard to take receipts and cards to the front herself. Half of it was sheer laziness, and the other half was just plain rude. I wouldn't recommend this to any groups looking for a pleasant place to spend their evening.
