I have played Riverside Gold Course twice in recent weeks. Both times the experience was impacted by less than stellar customer service. It’s amazing how much poor customer service can impact the golf experience. I know some golfers who refuse to play at Riverside due to the negative attitude or a comment made by one of the pros or one of the staff. Over sixty percent of consumers have reported they stopped doing business with a company or organization due to a poor customer service experience. Even one poor customer service experience can have a dramatic impact on a businesses' bottom line. It would be a shame if Riverside Golf Course were to suffer a loss in business because of a few lapses by unthinking, uncaring employees.
