Provided by YP.comIve gone in there with multiple phones. They havent had screen protectors for any and Ive been told they might have one next week .. You dont carry them for the Samsung 6 plus 2 years go the Samsung 7 Edge a year later . The Lg G6
Blah, might not be an Iphone. Lol I'm not wasting my time with asking about the HTC U11 or the ZFORCE 2. I miss the Zagg stores at Boise Town Square . Lifetime guarantee if they dont have your size they custom fit one by cutting it to size. As far as cases go I'll stick with Amazon . They have Otterbox as one of there sellers its not third party and they honor the warranty if needed . Also I find Incipio and Spigin makes pretty good cases. As far as repairs I dont know. I dont really keep mine long enough to worry about it. Which might mean more business for them, but there out of stock or dont carry it. I know I wont be back.

Also, That case was trying to be returned for another case, all though it was not the case which was purchased from us. All Otterbox warranties MUST be done through Otterbox on their website. We also do not sale used cases. We deny buying any and all used cases from any customers. We apologize for any bad experiences at our store, and would like for you to come in and see for yourself. Provided by YPmobileI ordered a set of vinyls for a gift for a family member. The person who took my order in the store was rude and didn't know how to do his job. I asked for a specific sports logo. I had to look up the logo, I had to look up the colors, the y had no way for me to reference a size. And again I say this item I was getting was a gift. I then get a call to tell me, 4 hours later, that they were not able to make two decals cause they were out of materials. I understand that happens, but there employees should have known how much material was in his store. When I came to pick up my now single vinyl, the owner wouldn't speak to me and instead stood around as her manager ignored my complaint. Then when I related that I would not have ordered either if they only had material for one and that her employees need to know what is there she told me no that's not how it works and walked away during my complaint! They offered me a refund for the item that was not made, and then tried to not give me back all of my money (purchase price plus tax) on said item and I had to cause a scene just to receive my full item refund. I will never shop here again, and am quite disappointed there is no company to complain to about this owners horrible business ethic. If you don't know how to properly supply a service then you shouldn't do it! Plus they gave me no instructions on how to apply my purchase.

Provided by YPmobileMe and my husband had just bought Samsung galaxy s 3 and because of his job I told him he needed an otter box went in and bought it for $50 had not even taken the phone out of the box yet. I get home to activate the phones and put his case on only to find the case looked used and one of the clips were broken and the otter rubber was stretched out we went back the next day with the Rishi and was told they would do the exchange then was told that there is nothing that they could do cuz they do not sell that case that day . Even went and talked to the owner and her son told me I was a lier and they told me they don't sell used products ..... bull . Then they told me to go though otter box cuz there is nothing they could do ... when I asked them to review the tape they said they would not and throw the case across the display at me and told me I could leave if I didn't like what they had to say . I will be taking then to the Better Business Bureau They sold it they should have to honor it beings it was the next day . I will never go back to this store ever and neither will any of my family. Remember if you want a piece of carp used case that will not protect your phone go to snappys there the best at it ...... What a rip off sure hope $50 was worth all that cost money ... dirtbags

Provided by YP.comI brought my ipad in to have the screen replaced. When I brought it out to my car and discovered that the screen was coming up in the corner. I brought it back in and they were apologetic and offered to fix it. When I came back to pick up a second time not only was the screen still coming up but there was a new crack in the screen. At that point I was going out of town and really didn't want to leave it with them again but they refused a full refund. Eventually they gave me back $100 but that wasn't a full refund and my ipad still isn't fixed. I will be taking it to another company and I wouldn't trust them with any of my devices again.

Provided by YPmobileThis store is pretty amazing. When I went in there was a young gentlemen I think his name was Chase. He repaired my daughters iphone 4 in about 45 mintues. For as young as he looked he knew a lot of information about cell phones. He even showed me how to run my galaxy s3. He was very nice. I have also bought screen protectors from there and they are really nice they are customed fit to my phone best ones I have ever had. You should stop in just to see what they have. If you ever need help ask the young gentalmen he would defiantly help you out. Snappys is a great store

Provided by YP.comFirst of all.. DO NOT GO TO SNAPPYS. They will steal your phone and magically lose the paperwork, and when you try to say anything about it they will kick you out of their store.
I dropped a phone off there in december, They did not call me until february, and they called to tell me that they were still waiting on a part and would call me when it was done. ( I went into the store multiple times between then and always got the run around by the workers. They treated me with disrespect when i asked to speak to the manager everytime. )
Finally in july I went in and that time the manager was in there. When i asked him about the phone ( telling him how i dropped it off in december and that it was a smart phone and he never called) He claimed he calls everytime but I was never called. When I said that not going to be acceptable he sarcastically pulled out a blank repair sheet and in the very fine print at the bottom it says that if you do not pick your phone up within thirty days that they will take it. Which i can understand... IF they had called me and said it was done to begin with. The repair on the phone was around 100 dollars that was paid to them at the time the phone was dropped off.
AVOID SNAPPYS AT ALL COSTS. They will not call you back and they will steal your stuff to make themselves profit.

Provided by YPmobileI found this store to be extremely helpful and the customer service was amazing and they really know what they are talking about... the cases I purchased from them I have now owned for two years and never had a problem. I go back regularly to buy more products from them and I recomend this store to EVERYONE! they have a waranty garentee which states that if you break a case they are not reliable(which its very hard to break a case. Why replace one you broke?) so I understand and agree with them and their garentees. Their screen protecters are amazing also. Overall, I just think this was an awesome store!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I had to give them a single star because the rating system doesn't allow for anything less.
I found Snappy's("Crappy's") service and product quality to be very poor.
I asked them to warranty a defective product that broke after 2 days of use. My 12 year old daughter had spent some of her Christmas cash hoping get a present that she could show to her friends, but got junk.
On top of that, their customer service after the sell was amazingly arrogant. The owner's son was a smart a**, and when i asked to speak to the owner, he was equally unconcerned with my complaint.
I was not even asking for a cash refund, i just wanted my daughter to get what she paid for.
I would avoid this store at all cost!!
