Do yourself a favor and go to Henry's downtown - same price and you get an actual stylist giving you a good cut. I stopped by this sports clips for a simple clean-up on my way out of Costco. Had to wait about 30 minutes when there was only one guy in front of me. And even though I brought a picture of what I wanted, I had to correct her several times when it looked nothing like the pic. When we was done she asked me how it looked and one sideburn was a full 1/2 inch longer than the other. Really? I will never be going back to another Sports Clips. I swore off Great Clips for similar reasons, but at least they only charge $10 for a crappy haircut - this place was $20. Should have looked up reviews before going here because now I'm going to have to go to Henry's to have them fix it.

Stylist was really friendly, and did a pretty good job on the haircut itself( length). I asked for a fade and it was definitely not a fade.
