The very worst buying experience of my life. Coming up on 2nd payment on a camp trailer loan that I have never been able to use. Apparently after they have your money they don't care enough to mail a title so you can register and use your trailer. Saddest part is the general manager sold me the trailer, and is who I have talked to multiple times. This is the guy that is responsible for teaching and training other employees. Purchased a trailer May 25th now July 15th its a very expensive driveway ornament. I wouldn't send my enemy to this business

I have had very bad luck with this dealer as well as the trailer manufacture (Forest River). I have had numerous warranty issues . This dealer did nothing to resolve my issues. He basically said "it is not my problem. deal with the manufacture" In my opinion there was ZERO customer service. I would never even think about buying from this dealer or anther Forest River product. I gave them a one star only because there was not an option of no star
