If I could rate this store with 0 stars, I would. I paid extra money for a package to be held at this store. The UPS website says it was delivered, but when I went to pick it up it was not there and they had no record of it ever being there. The people working in the store had no clue what to do. I received a call from Brian Bernasek, the store manager later in the day who said they sent the package back to the sender. The UPS website says package was marked returned the same day it arrived. I tried to explain to the manager that I paid additional money for the package to be held and the website says it was at this store. The manager yelled at me, told me to stop talking and that I was going to listen to him. He was very condescending and arrogant. He called me a f-ing cunt and hung up on me. I immediately filed a BBB complaint and called UPS to report his treatment of, not only a customer, but a woman. This man should not be in business!
