All I can tell you is we bought a Polaris Slingshot here....They were great the day we bought it...We have had it for about 2 months now & the Customer Service after the Sale is sooooo bad....I never experienced such horrible customer service...No one is ever available for your call & no one ever returns your calls..They promised me a set of decals for my Slingshot & all I get is a big run around...No decals...They cant be trusted to do what they "promise"....I was promised that right from the owner, Lance....I would never buy anything from them again...Especially something with a $25k price tag on it....I will deal with Trumbauers from here on....

Let me start by saying I have bought new machines from other places many times before and this was by far my best experience. The staff (Blake/Kim) were very welcoming and knowledgeable with every question I had. I dont understand the bad reviews. So after being shown around the machines, taught some things and discussing pricing (which was great) I bought a Ranger 570 fully loaded up doors and all..I was expecting it to take some time to get put together and delivered but told me they stock it all so they jumped right on it and delivered to me that night (washed and fueled) so I could have it for the weekend!! You can trust the people at pocono. That staff made my purchase absolutely amazing!! Can't wait to go back to buy a golf cart!!
