Purchased a home August 2018 and the HOA fee's were paid at the time of closing for 2018. Called February 5, 2019 to see when the new bill would come out. The gentleman looked up my information and stated my account was in collections. Not sure how because I never received a bill for 2019. You call Larsen & Associates who handles collections for Association of Poinciana and no one answers the phone you can only leave a message. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received from any company/organization.
