I can't even properly express how amazing they are! I went in asking about getting a fingerprint necklace made from my moms fingerprint using her gold. She was dying and I knew I wanted part of her with me forever. I found other places that did this but Jim from Lee Richards was the only one who would actually use my moms gold and he used wax for the impression rather then ink. I could also tell he cared about the process and would be the best person for the job. He sat down with me for over an hour or maybe even more over several sit-down's throughout the whole process. I was so nervous to do this but he spent so much time with me, assuring me this was the right thing to do, the best way to do it, and we talked everything through down to the smallest detail. I was very specific with what I wanted. He is patient, kind, detail oriented to the max, and incredibly genuine. Everyone who works there is amazing too, which made the experience that much better. After the initial process of a "rough cut" was done, Jim asked me to come in so we could discuss the exact cut and how much of the fingerprint to use to fit the exact shape I wanted and polishing. It is by far the most beautiful, unique, and memorable piece of jewelry I have ever seen. It's EXACTLY what I wanted. I will never use another jeweler in my life. I am super impressed and grateful.
