worst ever. i read reviews for Briggs about how you have to be careful because they don't background check their drivers.



i called thinking this was a different company, it's still brigs, i spoke to the woman and i said thank you and she hung up on my face, i wasn't even done with my sentence.



Really annoyed me, i'd rather walk than call them for a ride, terrible customer service they're probably only in business because i googled and there isn't another cab serivce in point pleasant, i'm going to call surrounding towns, i'd rather pay $50 for a different cab company than $5 for these jerks.
