Bought a coupon for a basic mani/pedi. The place is filthy dirty. Dust everywhere and the floor was disgusting. Everyone was on a cellphone.

Mani started with no soak. The polish was misapplied so it looks like I got it done 2 weeks ago.

The pedi was a soak, polish, and lotion applied to my legs. No heel scrub, no exfoliation. When I asked I was told "oh that's $10 more". No drying station, just polish and walked to the door. Frankly I'm amazed. Must be the coupons keeping them in business. The owner needs to take a good look around and step up their game. I will never be back..coupon or no coupon
