Last week I had an annoying back pain and I had a massage from the shoulders to the lumbar area, with an electric massager and after a painful start I found relief.
The next morning, however, did I wake up with strong CApogiri and nausea?
Why?
To relieve tension, pain and contractures, what kind of massage should I do?
Who is the doctor or specialist, the person in charge?
