I eat at Springfield Grille all the time . The food is always outstanding - the problem is that the staff from waitresses to kitchen only get my order right one out of four times . It takes awhile to get your food there anyhow and then they bring it out wrong. Today was the last straw - I battled through Christmas shopping traffic to get there - only had a limited time for lunch - was starving - waited 35 minutes for my food and they brought the wrong thing out . I'm done with this place - the food doesn't overcome the frustration of dealing with these people - get your act together - I WILL NOT be back.

The food is outstanding by far one of my favorite restaurants in the area! Hubby held his company's Christmas party here. The staff was pleasant, professional, and the service was prompt.

We have never had a bad meal there. Once the lasagna I had was a tad burnt on the bottom and they gave me an option of another piece or a free appetizer/dessert. I chose the dessert! Love their creme brulee! They will always try to make it right if you are not happy with your meal which is very rare!
