The doctor is very arrogant. he also wanted my girlfriend to pay $83 for a contact exam, which is supposed to include being shown how to put them in and a trial pair, and come back next week to get her trial pair. Then he got an attitude when I demanded she get them at the time of paying for them.

Friendly, professional, helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.



Prescription is perfect.

Avoid at all costs. Arrogance is astounding. Received glasses and contacts that were well below the strength they needed to be, was seeing double, etc. Called and told them and asked if I could return them. Was told no. Had to call higher ups at Wal-Mart and share my story to get them to see me again, at which point they made their irritation with me abundantly clear and told me that my prescription was completely fine and I wasn't having problems, but they would write a new prescription to appease me and re-examine my eyes. Of course, I still had to buy new contacts to replace the worthless ones. Despite the doctor's insistence that my prescription hadn't changed, I suddenly had astigmatism in both eyes instead of only one. No big difference, right? Ultimately the second order was only marginally better than the first, and I've had to wear glasses and contacts that don't help as much as they should for the last six months. I was afraid to see how angry they would be with me if I went back again. Please do not burden this guy with your business, he would much rather prefer to spend his work days walking the aisles of Wal-Mart preying on female shoppers. AVOID!
