I have owned proudly in GRF for close to if not more than 40 years now and in all that time have never come across such a half a55, lying,self serving,egotistical,hypocritical,2 faced,racist person as Patricia Schlobbins. for those that haven't met this p.o.s. Sack of wrinkles And have the opportunity to do so, skip it. Since the president that GRFPO VOTED IN! left the position early (family issues was the explanation in the newsletter) and big red has taken the reigns employees and homeowners alike have been terrorized by her and her enforcement of rules that don't exist. Anyone else notice the handwritten add ons at the pool? These are nothing more than bold faced LIES! made up by this tyrant as she goes and were never presented to the owners for our opinions before they were drawn onto the rules board that looked professional before the 1st grade penmanship made it look as ridiculous as the contradictory & vague rules on it. I have personally witnessed her illegally trespassing on multiple properties literally tip toeing and crouching like the criminal she is. Peeking in owners garages, R.V's, cars, houses etc. taking video & pics of the INSIDES of our private property and yard items claiming they are inoperable or a nuisance or dangerous. Until the Pat problem is resolved everyone is at risk.
