I just purchased my second KIA and came here for the buying process. I have to say that Able and Mohammad were experienced salesmen. We initially got there around 7p.m. and since we had our 3 small children with us it was hectic but they were very understanding and handled it all very well. I can definitely recommend this place to my family, as a matter of fact my mom will be going in the coming months to trade in her car for a sorento. Ricardo C.

This place is horrible. They are unprofessional, and rude. They don't take care of business when it needs to be taken care of. I purchased a vehicle in March 2011 and traded my truck in. It took them until the end of April to pay of the existing loan of my truck. You can't get connected to these people, and they transfer you to the whole office. No one ever has any information to give you, and they all want to pass you around. I love the car, but they treated me so disrespectfully. If I would have known this, I would have taken my business elsewhere. It's almost the middle of May 2011 right now, and I received a letter from the DMV about my registration. They didn't even send in the notice of release of liability to the DMV! Unbelievable. What a mess.
