Dreadful is what I would describe my experience with Vertex China. They have the worst customer service manager who rarely answers calls along with the worst owners who treat you like trash unless you are a high paying client. If you are a small restaurant owner like me, please go to better suppliers such as the one across the street from them.

Also, any fool would know that the only 5 star review on this page is done by the company themselves. Hq V. is obviously an abbreviation for Headquarters Vertex.

HORRIBLE customer service as well as quality assurance issues throughout their whole collection. Every shipment received has some type of problem along with the fact that it takes MONTHS to receive the products that you ordered and pre-paid in advance. The company president likes to pretend he's not in the office unless he feels like taking the call. Very un-professional. Don't waste any time with them.
