Boarded my dogs for the first time. The people there were wonderful I boarded elsewhere and my babies came home very unhappy this time no problem at all I could only assume that they were treated with lots of love. Thank You

I would definitely recommend Ramapo Kennels to anyone looking for SUPERIOR grooming and boarding services. The haircuts ALWAYS come out perfectly. My dog comes home happy and rested. The kennel is very clean and always fresh smelling. I love the staffthey are friendly and professional. Ramapo Kennels certainly has my 5 star rating!

We have been associated with Ramapo Kennels for over 13 years. We have been more than pleased with the service they provide. The facility is clean and well-managed, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, and it is very apparent that the animals are well-cared for and truly valued. We consider our dog to be a member of our family, and would not even think of taking her any place else.

Just ended a 17 year relationship with this place this week. I had 4 dogs over the years that were boarded there and groomed. My dog Rocky an older Rottie mix died 4 years ago in their care, not blaming but it did happen. The final straw was being called to say they would not take my dog Haley this time because she is too hard to handle and aggressive. Haley has been there 3 time before and she is a handful but aggressive she is NOT. The staffer refused to work with her according to the owner. Their loss 17 years down the drain. Would not recommend you bring your pets there...

I recommend to all. Staff takes excellent care of my pets very clean environment left my cat for the first time no problems

Its summer again and time for a stay at the Inn very nice people and a clean environment for my guy I would not take my dog any where else

The setting is fine and staff does a great job. However a certain lady staff member is rude as hell. If I were any sassier I would've had a fit. Makes snide remarks and faces as if she were smelling something horrible. The other staff is nice. I feel bad for them. I think they all know and suffer, giving me that 'sorry' look.

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about the place is kept supper clean and I board my Great Dane there every time we go on vacation and the run that he is kept in is plenty large enough and the staff is great would highly recommend.

Went to this place once, left after a day. After truly seeing the inside, where animals were kept and how their grooming stations looked I was turned away. Everything is outdated. Their tubs looked like they had mold or mildew of some kind in the corners, hair dryers were rusty, washing machine and dryers were practically ancient and kennel cages were undersized for larger dogs. Staff acts kind up front, once customer left they acted poorly. The whole place is outdated beyond the point of acceptance and just needs to be redone. Wouldn't trust my dog there for my life.
