I bought a puppy and, as part of the warranty, she should be taken to Acacia Animal Hospital. We hated the place:

1.The doctor who saw our puppy, were not the one for whom she was appointed for. And nobody explained us why.

2. They took the puppy from us to be examined at another room for more than 30 minutes, and never told us what was happening or what was being doing.

3. When the doctor came to speak to us, he said she had got a cold. In fact, we discovered later (at another hospital) that she had a respiratory infection.

If you do care about your animal and don't want to be overcharged, look for another place.

This is the best experience I have had at an Animal Hospital to date! I have a dog and 2 cats and have been to a few Veterinarians in the South Florida area but this one impressed me the most. The staff were really attentive to my pets and took the time to answer every last one of my questions and educated me a lot. The prices seemed very inexpensive and I would be more then happy to bring my animals back!!
