This village is probably one of the worst neighborhoods I've ever lived in. It's filled with mostly old people who have meetings on what to ban in the neighborhood next it's mostly a place for old people who have no life and want to make u miserable when you're younger than them and trying to have fun. They don't like anyone having dogs, kids playing ball, the pool closes at dawn, they even bug you about having things such as bicycles or whatever you want to put on the balcony or even the entrance of your door they even have parking permits for cars and guests and have a tow truck look for cars that don't have it, people with trucks aren't allowed to stay here, this place isn't for children or teens or adults who just want to enjoy life. The apartments are nice and the lake view is nice but it's not worth moving to to deal with additional problems and not being able to do much for example, bbq, bounce house outside, no fishing, no walking dogs around sidewalk by the lake, you can only have comcast in this neighborhood and no cable with antennas are allowed
