I have been training for over 20 years and am so happy I found The Athletic Factor! Tons of equipment, friendly staff, mix of people...great if you are serious about working out or just need a change of scene. Love the variety of equipment, so my workouts never get stale.

1. Really big gym with tons of equipment

2. Never have to wait on machines or benches - even during the busy hours.

3. Friendly atmosphere - no B.S. or dress-to-impress attitude here

4. Low monthly rates (and I've yet to have any problem with being overcharged - even when I put my account on hold due to injury)

5. clean and well maintained with friendly staff.
