Provided by YP.comMY MD faxed a referral for PT to Cora on 3/4/16.
Heard nothing on 3/11/16 , I called Cora they had my referral but had not called me to set up an apt, It is now one week. They gave me an apt for 3/17/16. @ wks with a painful shoulder. NOT IMPRESSED, and I will be contacting my ins company.
