Poor food and service

I am a frequent customer of many Dunkin Donuts franchises. Today was a very bad experince at this location, not that I have had issues in the past wrong orders no one speaks english etc. Today just topped it off. Not only was service poor but the food never should have been served at this location. I ordered 1 coffee and 2 onion sausage egg cheese bagels,. When I got to work I had 1 bagel sandwich dry and burned and 1 crossaint sandwich as hard as a rock with burnt sausage. To top it off there was no manager at the site to speak with(Wendy) and the young lady Brittney in charge had not a clue as to when management would be in, no 800# to call or any customer satisfaction. This location is not close to my work, and with the price of gas I am not going to drive back. I know it was not that expesive $8.04 but I should be satified with the products I recive. So at this time I will no longer be a customer of youre franchises and your coffee is my favorite and I give it as gifts. I will pass this on to family,friends,coworkers etc and file a complaint with the better business organization. I rate this a -ZERO.
