Like Diane L. if I could give zero stars I would. I am writing this under the assumption that this is also called Deerfield Beach Rehab and Deerfield Beach Health and Rehabilitation Center, as they all share addresses and phone numbers, yet the last two do not appear in YP search results so I chose to write a review here. Deerfield Beach Rehab 401 E Sample Rd. Deerfield Beach FL 33064 is where my aunt told me my mother was sent after a hip replacement recently. After being sent home from rehab too quickly she was in pain and was sent back, then caught pneumonia while there and sent home. I called to inquire about this, got a slow witted response from the receptionist so I asked for a person in charge, a right off the bat rude woman who asked what room number my mom was in, but I had no number at the moment, so then she said they had no record of my mother's stay and instead of listening to my further questions cut me off at every turn, taking control of the conversation with boilerplate irrelevancies and telling me there was no one under that name that was a patient there. When I tried to get a word in telling her this was the address given by my aunt who drove her to and from there and the phone number matches the name of the place she was taken to on the web, she cut me off again and hung up. I called back to ask why they went under three names with the same address and phone number, with the 401 W Sample Rd. and 401 E Sample Rd. addresses for the same place, no suite numbers to show that they were different entities, but the woman in charge hung up on me once more without a word. The address on the map is on West Sample Road, not East as I was told and YP shows at the top of the page. And the map and the name Deerfield Beach Rehab (which I could not find the page for on YP only a link to other search engines) shows it is in Deerfield Beach, not Pompano Beach as it says at the top of this page. This caused me confusion as I am 3,000 miles away and incapable of driving there on short notice. Furthermore, there is no East Sample Road on the map. I followed that street on the map all the way across and it's West all the way. Here it says Pompano but it's the same address given to me as the one in Deerfield. And the phone number matches all 3 names on the websites. Even if it was a postal change, YP should be on top of that. And most importantly, it's all with the same phone and street number, so it's all the same facility, which is giving patients pneumonia. Yet they deny my mother was ever there, brushing off my concerns by hanging up on me rather than giving me some answers. I am furious that my mother, in her 80s, frail and with weak heart, is dealing with pneumonia now on top of a painful accident after staying at this facility due to her doctor's instructions. Take some good advice: THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU LET A DOCTOR SEND YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY HERE. This place is begging for a lawsuit.

Too bad i have to give it any stars. This place is so bad. Roaches during the day. They did not tend to my mother. He blood pressure dropped to 38/78. They were trying to force feed her when i got there. AND she was across from the nurses station. Horrible staff. Horrible nurses. Just Horrible. If you put your loved on in here beware!!!. I let my mothers insurance company know about this place. I was the one to call EMS to have her brought to the hospital.....you think the nurses would have done something? She was also in need of a breathing treatment. Worse place EVER!
