I hired Florida Tropical to replace my apartment shut off valve after being told by my service company that in order for them to do the work the water heater would have to be removed. This, and other mishaps with the service company led me to have little faith in the service company's expertise. Florida Tropical did the work for the same price, didn't have to remove the water heater and did the work carefully and professionally. On the same visit they remove and replaced a kitchen faucet. The faucet was a European brand and was so corroded that it was extremely difficult to remove. But the plumber from Florida Tropical, Derek, persisted and got the job done. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. The plumber, Derek, was very competent and a pleasure to have in the house. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Florida Tropical for years. Their plumbers are experienced and knowledgeable. The office staff is courteous and helpful. On time appointments and truthful diagnosis. Very reasonable as well! Highly recommend!
