Placed an order on 8/13. It is now 8/22 and I still have not recieved my oder. Website stated 3-4 days. Employee stated I should recieve it by no later than 8/22. I have emailed them and no response. I have called and no answer. Found a second number for them and employee could not care less about the company's failure to respons promptly to my emails or calls and to its failure of delivery. Hung up on me after stating that I would get a call back in possibly 2 days and that there is nothing else she could do for me. All while raising her voice at me the entire time and upset when I raised my voice right back at her. At this point their website has left me to believe its fraud until thecday I get my order or an actual call back.
