Requested a QUOTE only from them in January for my elderly parents airport trip in May and returning in July, however I decided to go with another car service. Seven months later they emailed me to confirm my reservation for the return trip. I called them and asked if they were the service that billed me in May and they said that they were, so I confirmed the reservation. They knew perfectly well I didn't use them in May, and not only did they tell me I had a reservation, they billed my credit card for $25.00 more than their stated rate, and they refused to process a refund, even though their services were not used for any portion of the trip. I will be contacting the attorney general regarding their questionable email practices and my credit card company for refunding the charge for services which were never performed. USE ANOTHER CAR SERVICE, NOT INFINITY!
