We have only enjoyed eating at Forketta twice so far. First time just the 2 of us, suggested by our friends at Palm Aire United. We had terrific authentic Italian food served by Italians. An absolutely wonderful experience.



Today we had family visiting from out of town and asked for a reservation for 9. They called and confirmed mid day and the table was ready and accommodated the late addition.



10 of us walked out wonderfully fed, including pre-teen, 3 teens, and 6 post teens. I am a load it up with garlic pepper etc person and did not touch a shaker because the sauces were perfect. The pasta tomato sauce tasted like real tomatoes. 10 people walked out happily satiated by Delicious authentic Italian food. Try the Proseco or Chardonay!
