Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company. I also ordered through Amazon and thought I was ordering from Amazon, but this seller is not customer service friendly and refused to take back shoes that were so wide they slipped off my feet. I am writing to the company that makes the shoes and complain as well. Still working with Amazon after three months.

Horrible customer service and return policy. I ordered through Amazon and needed to return the sandals as they were too small. They basically told me I was stuck with the shoes. AVOID THIS SELLER.

Horrible Customer Service. If you ever want to return or communicate something they never reply. The only way they communicate is either to walk into their store or by call the store. If you are going to sell product over the internet you should be able to reply over the internet. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!!
