. Back in OctoberNovember of 2015 I sent in a payment that they mistakenly did not give us credit for. This caused their records to show our account as behind a month, mistakenly. In December, we called Quinetta to correct the error. We text her photos of bank statements and she refused to correct. This carried on for another couple of months. Finally, I scheduled a meeting in Feb. HOA President and Brenda Owner/MGR of M&M. I brought every cancelled Maint check for 2015 to proved to them we were current. Both agreed they made an error and they would take off those charges. I have made repeated phone calls to HOA President Howard and he says the same thing everytime," I'll Take care of it" We have also called the office several times, here we sit, they refuse to honor their word, problem unresolved. This company not fit to run a individual checking account let alone run finances for a Home owners association. Presidents DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, very unprofessional, extremely dishonest.
