These people have no idea what customer service is. They lost both of my children’s medical record, and the list time we dealt with them I had a nurse impersonate a physician on the phone. I had to ask her 5 times if she was a physician than finally she put me on hold for ever. I have no idea how these people have a license to practice let alone handle children.

Waiting Forever

I waited 50 mins after my appointment time, found out that there was still several people ahead of us and walked out. What's the purpose of having an appointment time? This isn't the first time either.

I have 2 children and who have been patients for 10 years. I love our doctor, Dr. Restler, however, that is NOT the only factor you can rely on. The office staff is truly TERRIBLE! They do not care about the welfare of your children, they have no sympathy. I have had several problems with the staff from misplacing test samples to losing referral requests. Referrals are impossible, regardless of the severity of the problem. My child was injured and required therapy and it took over one week of my calling and going to the office daily in order to get the referral. Unfortunately the doctors do not have any say in this matter either. I am NOT a person who likes to complain, but when your child is in need it hurts to see thme in pain. A doctors office should care about this and they simply do not. I will be changing after all these years since I know that in an instance that my child needs urgent specialty care, they cannot deliver. I truly hope you look elseware for the sake of your child!
