Great place to live!
On the uncrowded beach, great gym and pool, 2 underground parking garage and 24/7 security guards. Even has a ballroom and a Sky Lounge on top of 28 story building.
Only 200 apartments in 5 different floor plans. Only a 30 year old well-maintained building would have all these amenities .. newer structures leave them out to maximize initial sales revenue.
Located where reefs (3) come closest to shore than any other local in the US. Can dive from beach or great scuba dive boat 1 mile up A1A.
