Having dropped off my vehicle for repairs at Peerless Auto Body in Pompano Beach, I needed a rental. And Mike sent me to Enterprise.

Fast and courteous pick-up, I soon found myself at the cleanest Enterprise I've ever visited. Alex greeted me with a "hi, how is your day?" In response, I'm like - "how do you expect my day to be? I was just picked up at the body shop..." Not the typical customer response, I'm sure.

With not many vehicles available at that particular moment of the day, Alex gave me - I believe - a double upgrade on my actual request for an automobile. After all, I dropped off a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum at the body shop. I didn't want to be driving a Chevy Sonic or something like that.

I ended up with a fully loaded 4-door Chevy Impala. Alex had me do a full inspection of the vehicle for any dents, dings or scratches. She noted the gas and reminded me on return procedures. Signing her tablet and providing her my e-mail address, I was out the door in a snap.

Polite and professional in her provision of service, I give Alex and this particular location of Enterprise Rental Car 5 stars.
