Great company. I purchased an airplane in South Florida and SFAM did a pre-buy and a full annual. They got me in right away so I could fly home sooner and avoid Hurricane Florence. Flew home with no problems. Very happy with their service, their staff, and the fair price I was charged for the work. Highly recommend.

I’m sorry you (obviously) had a less than satisfactory interaction with my company, South Florida Aviation Maintenance prides itself on our client’s safety as priority one and sometimes that means longer wait times for the client. Peace of mind is priceless for our clients.

Concerning my credentials, for the record books, I have the following FAA ratings: Airline Transport Pilot, CFI-MEI, AIS, A&P-IA, FAAST. I had my DEP issued in August of 2014; however, due to an FAA administrative error, they later rescinded it. I anticipate having that designation back sometime in the very near future.

Beware of Dave Fogarty, he is full of it. He leads you to believe that he is IA and DPE, when he is just a CFI & A&P. The service is slow, overpriced and tells you he's doing you a favor. I would not return or recommend.
